I would like to understand if I can add an hard disk into an iMac 27 late 2013 bought natively with 256GB SSD. Is there enough space to place an hard disk (2.5 or 3.5, 2TB) inside the Mac, with an SSD already installed from purchase of the product?
I don't want to add an SSD after the hard disk, I want to add an hard disk after the SSD 😀

Officially apple do not include the late 2013 iMac to be hard drive upgradable, as far as i know you might be able to swap the current ssd to something bigger but not be able to run two along side each other. If you are willing to open up the iMac you could take the current ssd out and replace with something else but i dont believe there are ports or space to run 2 drives inside, just be aware that by opening the iMac you will void your warranty with apple and with the iMac you have to open it up via the front and most likely have quite a large chance of cracking the screen in the process.
"Opening' is the issues. That model mac is glued together and not designe for user-service access.

In your opinion, should I choose 256GB SSD or 1TB fusion drive?
Its really down to what you use the mac for, the SSD will always run high power programmes faster but is compromised for storage space. If your going to doing things like video editing or photoshop etc and can live with the small storage space i would normally go for SSD over fusion
I use iMac for video editing, I would like to put all the videos/photos and some games in the 2TB Hard disk but keep in the SSD all my programs.
Sounds like the best way to runs things! I use Final cut pro and have tried running it on a fusion iMac but always revert to my SSD macbook pro.

Yes you can partition an SSD but unless you have two radically different sets of data such as
I would say don't with such a small drive it is worth it as it just wastes valuable space
