Q: Cannot open Keynote files from iCloud on my Mac

The new Keynote cannot communicate with my iCloud! Existing presentations (created with older versions) cannot be opened; and if I start a new presentation and try to save it, I get error messages such as "'Untitled.key' couldn't be saved."

HELP!
