Oct 24, 2014 6:55 PM in response to g7orgeby iLPCO,I had same exact problems w/ my ipad2. The issues were resolved by backing up to iCloud and then doing a factory reset and restoring from iCloud. All app data including game progress are also restored in this process.

Oct 24, 2014 7:11 PM in response to g7orgeby Star Traveler,What you need to do is what many others have done, and that is to reset your iPad to factory default condition by using your iTunes program. And ... don't forget your backups.
