an odd internet problem

I have a G5 tower connected to a D-Link router (wired), connected to a cable modem. Everything was working great then for some reason I can't get online with that computer any more.

I can get online with a laptop both wireless and using the wired ports on the router. when I restart the tower it will get an ip address however it still will not get to the internet. I can even ping the ip address from other laptops on the network.

Things I have tried,

restarting the router
restarting the computer
reinstalling the router firmware
tried different cables

I am about to try reinstalling the os on the tower. However I just spent allot of time getting it set up the way I wanted (web hosting and all) so I don't really want to do that. Can anyone think of anything?

Power Mac G5, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

I think that might help a little however I have not spent any time looking around in there so there is allot of stuff that I don't know what it is. I will include the relevant part of the log and I would be vary grateful if someone would help me figure it out.
