Q: Upgrade OS X

Would like to upgrade my version of OS X but I can not download the new that is free because I have no credit card.
How should I proceed?
I'm waiting for your soon return.

Work throughhttp://support.apple.com/kb/TS5366 and see if you can get your Apple ID setup to work without credit card information.
