Q: Feature removed with updates I like and miss, Block Calls

On I believe IOS 7 when did update we had a feature for blocking callers.  Really enjoyed this feature since phone sales spams are now hitting cells.  Also, just to have the blocked call if you needed it.  Do you think this feature will be returned
