Help! My Macbook won't read my external hard drive

Hi guys i am having troubles with my Seagate 1TB Backup Plus Slim Portable Hard Drive. When i connect it to my macbook pro I'm getting the message " The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer ". I always eject it overtime i use it so i don't think the problem came from there. I must say though that the connection from the usb cable to the hard drive is locked (is moveable). I've tried disk utility and my results are attached

i am a uni student and my files on the hard drive are very important to me!

Please can anyone help me fix this problem?

I have a macbook pro (retina, 13-inch, late 2013)

2.4 Ghz intel core i5

120Gb storage

running OS X Yosemite 10.10

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)
