Q: Instant Hot-spot

Does anybody succeeded in using Instant hotspot between Mac and iPhone?

I can send and receive sms and phone calls but i can't see my iphone listed in the list of WiFi devices which i can use as hotspot

Iphone 5S & Macbook Pro Late 2008
