Screen has gone into negative mode

It (invert colors) is likely set as your "triple click on home button" shortcut.

see here in your settings...

You're welcome. Sometimes things get turned on magically during a update or you might have accidently brushed your finger against the setting.

While you're in accessibility try the new speach> speak screen feature. Once you turn it on you can swipe two fingers down the screen and Siri will read the page.

Try settings> general> accessibility> Invert colors > off.
