Don't know what I did; phone is locked....no matter how many times I tap or touch...

I have an I phone 4 iOS 7; don't exactly know what happened over an hour ago. Siri won't shut up; says screen is locked. Have tried tapping twice

and/or touching twice; nothing happens except siri keeps talking.....tells me to tap twice. I do, but cannot slide to open. siri tells me it is the slide

open button. I have tried to chat with apple and even waited while it said I could chat in two minutes. That was about 30 minutes ago. I am getting

very frustrated. I am a senior citizen who is technology challenged. I do not have a land phone to call for assistance. Apple texted a message to

my device, but I cannot open the device.

You have VoiceOver (one of the accessibility features) 'on' (it's not Siri). Try triple-clicking the home button and see if that turns it off, and if it does you can then change what a triple-click does via Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut .

If that doesn't turn it off then you can either turn it off directly on the phone (you need to use a tap-to-select and then double-tap to activate/type process and 3 fingered scrolling) to go into Settings > General > Accessibility and turn VoiceOver 'off'

e.g. to use the slider, tap the 'slide to unlock' and it should get a box around it (and it should also be spoken), then double-tap it and it should slide. Then to type your passcode (if you have one set) tap digit and it should get a box around it, and then double-tap it to type it.

Or you can do it by connecting to your computer's iTunes (after typing in your passcode via the tap/double-tap process) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018
