iphone 6 Safari history saved on yosemite

I bought a new iMac and iPhone 6 Plus. I am in real estate and need to keep a history of browsing so I can record of views of homes I have shown to clients and iMessages to clients so I have a record of all information conveyed to clients in case of sales retraction. How do I set up Yosemite for the iMac to do this using the continuity features or a 3rd party tool to automatically record this?

In Safari Preferences, there is a "Remove history items:" item. You can set it to manually.

New to OS X Yosemite, your history syncs across machines.

That said, I think Safari would probably slow down if you tried to store 2 years' worth of history. You may need a better way than Safari history to track this.
