It has been a longtime. Been fielding Family questions regarding iPads. So far, so good regarding IOS 8 upgrade. Recommended IOS 8 manual from iBooks. Other than that, things have been going smooth. I do have a question regarding iCloud and I do not know if my question falls into your extensive background. My cousin is receiving iCloud password failure messages every time she uses her iPhone. I was thinking the iCloud uses Apple ID as a login. She changed her Apple ID password last month because of a Epson Printer scare Call and thought she succeeded in changing her password. I tried using her ID to access ASC but it failed stating login and Password did not match. I also tried her old password and it ot work.
So I recommended she change her password again. This time she received a Birth date Security question and the date she inputted failed. Is there anything you could recommend or refer me to an ASC group or should she call Apple?
