YouTube Menu Bar Remains Visible In Fullscreen

Very recently, whenever I watch a YouTube video in fullscreen on safari, the menu bar doesn't disappear like it normally did. I updated to Yosemite last week, and initially this wasn't a problem, so I'm ruling out the OS for now. Therefore I can only assume that it's a HTML issue. Is anyone noticing this issue at the moment, and better yet, does anyone know a way to fix it?

Thank you Dieugaichia! You are a life saver. I had this issue still on Sierra OS and it was getting on my nerves. First I tried your solution on the left side of my screen, but it didn't work because those are my hot corners to put my display to sleep on my MBA or activate my screen saver. So I tried your solution on the right side of my screen where there are no hot corners and to my surprise it worked. Thank you so much, I was getting fed up with the progress bar staying visible on fullscreen.
