App Store Family Requests

So I just finished setting up our little tribe in family sharing, and one of the things I was most excited about with the "Ask to Buy" feature, when my kids want to try and buy something. I am not sure what steps I have not completed, but the request is initiated successfully on my kids' devices, but neither I or my wife get the request to approve or deny it...

Help? Thoughts? Comments?
