Syncing music on older Mac with iPhone.

I have an older Mac at home (Power PC), where I recently loaded some CD music. I can't sync with my iphone, because I can't load the latest iTunes on the Mac. What's the easiest, most cost-effective way to make the CD's available to play on my phone?
