I accidently deleted all music from my iPod (4th generation). It is still on my computer but I don't know how to download it to my iPod.

First of all, Thank you for the info. I plugged the iPod into the computer and both went through 6 steps of syncing but the songs did not download.
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?
