Went to answer my phone and it was on grayscale. Checked Accessibility button and it was not switched on. Now screen is stuck on grayscale. How do I get back to color screen?

4. Display Accommodations (On)
5. Color Filters (On)
6.(tap) Blue/Yellow Filter
7. Return to home screen
You should be good.
