Ok, I have most all of my photos from my iPhone and ipad store in a Picasa application but now that we have tons of storage on icloud I want to move all of those photos and videos to the icloud photo drive beta, cant seem to find where I can do this, any ideas?

I appreciate the help. To be a bit more specific, how do I move files from my picasa folder on my pc directly to the icloud photo library so they are available to all of my apple devices?

I have all of my pictures back up, so I can restore them, but how can I restore them so they're back and viewable in "Photos" by the years view (farthest left photos soft-key) on my iPhone?
Hey all, still interested in getting information on this. I found that I can manually do this essentially one photo at a time with the picasa application but I lose the geo settings and date stamps on the pictures. any help would be appreciated!
