You do not seem to have a large gap that many others have had between GPT#3 and GPT#4. Did everything work as expected before the Yosemite upgrade?

Can I suggest downloading Testdisk (http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk) and looking for deleted partition. You can use the link in your post to run Testdisk.

Please post back here if you need any explanation of the steps.

I have proceeded the following commands:

Try the simple first step first to see if it works.

    sudo fdisk -e /dev/disk0

    setpid 4

    07

    flag 4

    p

    w

    y

and now I can only find the windows booting by pressing the option button in rebooting the computer, but I cannot enter the system, it occurs " Missing operating system", also failed is to find the windows partition in the Finder.

After that, I used the testdisk to scan following your instructions in the  "Missing Operating system_ " After installing Yosemite, now, I have finished the quick scan, it appears like this:

By pressing the Enter, it follows like this

Could you please show me how to do next? Wish you are still online

    1. Can you check for familiar files using "P: List Files" in the first MS Data entry that is in this list?

    2. You may have parts of your NTFS header in the Recovery HD.

Do you mean I print the command " p:list files" in the testdisk window as I show in the second figure ?

Sorry to trouble you. Hope It will not absorb your sleep

When I print "p", it show like this: I didn't see my own files

I cannot see your image. Can you post a link using an external imaging service? If you do not see familiar files, move to the next MS Data entry. If you do not have any more entries, use Deeper Search and look for partitions, but this process is very slow and can take several hours.

Thanks for your reply! It seems we are in different time zones. I'm in Western Pacific time zone, I want to know which time is convenient for you? And would you please do me a favor by using the teamviewer for remote help?

Now, I have to reform the quick search, maybe another long time waiting

    Hi Loner T,

I have similar problem after updating to Yosemite, now  I can't boot into windows. I updated to Yosemite on my 11 inch Mac air and Mac Pro with no problem, before I decided to update my sons iMac (which has his school work) and ran into this problem. I remembered I use a third party program called Paragon NTFS. Could this be the problem?

    Please Help.

After quick scan, it shows this figure

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 3.31.26 AM.png

choose continue, and it follows like this :

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 9.46.25 AM.png

press " p", the figures generally can be decided into three categories:

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 9.38.16 AM.png

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 9.39.11 AM.png

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 9.48.45 AM.png

    Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 9.50.07 AM.png

what should I do next? Is it necessary to conduct a deep search?

I would suggest disconnecting any external drives you might have. It looks like you need "Deeper Search".

The "Deeper Search" scans your entire drive sector-by-sector. It is a very slow process and dependent on the size of the internal drive.
