After upgrading to Yosemite, and now when I ALT Boot Windows 7 and Recovery partitions no longer show up. Is there any ways to get my data in the disk back?

We should be able to make it work. Remember to click on Show All disks before you install.
When I click on the re-install icon, I found I can open the terminal window now? need I re-install the mac or just print the command you told me

I suggest running the commands and posting the output. But let the OS X installation also continue, so you have an external bootable medium for future use.
Hi, Toner, When I try to re-intall the mac, it says the u disk needs an GUID partition. So I tried to return to the disk utility. By accident, I open a window by clicking the " startup disk..." option in the apple icon on the top left of screen.
In the window, title is "choose startup disk", with only one choice of Macintosh HD OS X , 10.10. can I just choose the disk and click the " restarting ....."
I have tried, it not works.
let's begion with re-installing the mac os x on U disk
Click on Shutdown. Boot up using Command+Opt+R after the Startup chime and start over.
I have been installing the mac os x on my external drive. In your opinion, do you mean I should not use the "Hex code or GUID: 0700 in the pasted example?
In the example, there are entries 2, 3, 4, which get codes of AF, AB, 07 respectively. if there is no partition 4, then they should 2, 3 and AF, 07 and 07 should be marked bootable.
The AB == Recovery HD == 3 was deleted.

Yes, changing partition headers does not change the data. The GPT and MBR need to be corrected.
