When I activate SMS transfer to any of my Mac, ipad,... which are listed on my iphone, I get a message asking to key in the code that appear on the screen of other device, but no code appears on any of them although, they are all connected to same iCloud account.
Any idea what s going on ?
oh my god i found the problem & the solution.
you just have to go in preferenes of the messages app (on mac, i don't know the solution for other devices) and then make sure an email adress is checked. check 'activate this account' , then just below check at least one email adress & your phone number. and here we go, you can ask to transfer sms from your iphone to your mac and it works. but stay on this preferences page while you're asking ! and last thing, after that, check 'begin the new conversations from : <your phone number>'
