After adding an AE card to Apple Pay , (as none of my other banks are onboard yet) I wanted to go back and at least add my card "on file" with iTunes to the Apple Pay. I don't even see the link to do that any longer. Is it possible now or should I have chosen that option 1st?

If you scroll all the way to the top of the pass list, there should be a + (plus) button. Sometimes you have to pull down again, once you get tot he top of the list. You can also add cards from Settings.
Tried this already. The only thing that opens is "add another card" and "Passes".
No way to navigate to the on file card.

FYI: You can only add cards to Settings on an iPad Air or iPad mini to setup Apple Pay.
For the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus, you have to open the Passbook app > Set up and use Apple Pay
Only accepted cards from accepted issuers can be added > Apple Pay participating issuers
A card that's not accepted yet, cannot be added.
Thanks Carolyn. Actually on the iPhone you can add cards in settings. That's how I added the AE card.
The part about the accepted issuers is understood BUT, Apple stated that the on-file (for iTunes) card would automatically default onto the ApplePay.
It does not, unless it is one of those major bank cards from the list of participating issuers you forwarded to me.
Most of this came from the Apple tech guys today on the phone.
Bottom line:
If your bank is not one of the "big 10", you cannot use this feature until the bank sign on.
