Q: OX X Server Install Stalling at Calendar but it looks like a RemoteDeviceManagement Error - Need help

Getting stuck on install.   It hangs on Calendar and have tried many of the fixes but now that I look at the migration_tool.log, it seems that the issues is with RemoteDeviceManagement error.  Not sure how to get out of this loop.  I've been down over 1 week.

Ho do I go about creating the "OPENDIRECTORY_ROOT_CA_IDENTITY" as an "identity preference" ?!

It always gets created as a "certificate preference" and I can't find any info on how to do it.

Also, for some weird reason, it NEVER gets created on new OD replicas. It's only on the master server and I need to run Profile Manager on a replica which is currently failing due to this missing identity preference..

Much thanks if anyone has figured this out..
