I have poblem with my iphone and iTune, i just upgraid ios to 8, but i have lags , because i have iphone 4s, i wanted to upgraied to 7.2. again, but when i do itunes give me error 3194, what is the solotion, to upgreid my iphone 4s to ios 7?
Then, i home Apple, will fix the bug with iphone 4s
Then, I hope, you do some proper troubleshooting of the device. My iPhone 4S, as well as all of the ones that I manage, has no problem with iOS 8.0, 8.0.2 or 8.1.

If you are unable or unwilling to do the troubleshooting yourself, you can call your local Apple Store and make an appointment to have them do it for you.
