A smart 'Geek' could make million$

Is there a smart programmer out there who would like to make millions quickly? As you can see on this discussion page there are many of us who are desperate to recover or convert thousands of AppleWorks files to something else quickly.

I have thousands of AW files which keep me from upgrading from 10.6.8. I simply can't go to each one and convert. It would take years on a one by one basis.

I would gladly pay for a program that would help me and I am sure there are others who are in desperation mode.

Please get busy and get rich quick. The masses are waiting on you.

Pretty sure this could be done with a simple AppleScript. You might want to search for that.

Only LibreOffice has made (and is still making) AW files useable. Spreadsheet and text files can be opened, in spite of database converters (beta) there is a long way to go with them. I believe other solutions exist for AW graphics files.

In order to make "millions" from a tool like that, given the vast number of AppleWorks users, it would probably have to sell for several thousand dollars. Would you pay that? If you paid up front, I am quite certain you could get your tool.

One of the LibreOffice developers has informed that latest LibreOffice can open AppleScript wp, spreadsheet, graphics, and some database files.

What would be the magical price you would pay for this app? I'll consider making it if I see some substantial interest in a batch converter for AppleWorks files.
