What does this error mean in iTunes Connect when I am trying to submit an update to my app?
I'm not sure what colour it's meant to be.
I'm getting the same error, I have been doing this for 5 years and never seen this error.
I have a feeling it is some sort of bug with the new back end.
Hopefully will be fixed soon, if anyone knows anymore please comment.

We're using Telerik Platform AppBuilder (Cordova/PhoneGap) to create the apps.
I had another issue and had a "resolution center" discussion happening and mentioned it to the review board and then it magically disappeared and my app was ready for sale.
So I would suggest contacting iTunes connect support and sending them that screenshot, and then hopefully they can fix it from their end.

i just make changes for resolution center and then when i try to re-submit to review i receive this error.

Does anyone know what other colours can you get provisioning profiles in?
