I keep getting a pop up asking for my iCloud password. How can I stop this annoying pop up

Sign out of your iCloud account, then sign back in. To do this, if you're running iOS 8.1 save any start by saving any my photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then Save Image. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out, choose Delete from My iPad and provide your password when prompted (your data will still be in iCloud). Then sign back in (your data will download back to your iPad). That will usually stop the prompts.

If you went to Settings>iCloud and signed in with your Apple ID, you have an iCloud account even if you turned all the syncing options off. If you did, you may still have a feature turned on, such as iCloud backup (in Settings>iCloud>Backup), or Find My iPad (in Settings>iCloud).

When you go to Settings>iCloud does it say Sign Out at the bottom of the screen?

how if idont know the password how about that

I have not signed in with iCloud. I like some of the features but I don't like that it deletes all photos or files if I turn it off.

But, because I have not turned iCloud on, i keep getting the popups telling me to log in.

How do I stop those? (when i go to the iCloud preferences, the "sign in" button is there, so yes I have not signed in.

I think you may be misinformed about some of the features of iCloud. Not sure what you mean that it deletes all Photos or Files if you turn it off. That is simply not accurate.

iCloud is also used to keep various things in sync on your device like:

Contacts

Messages

Notes

Calendars, etc.

iCloud Drive can be used as a place to store documents, iCloud Photo Library can be used as a place to store photos, iCloud Music Library can be a place to store music, but none of these particular features are needed in order to use the primary features of iCloud, which are indicated above and which also include, most importantly, Find My iPhone.

Can you please describe whatever issue you are having, and where you are having it - iOS Device, Mac, PC, where?
