Have tried more than 10 times to install the latest upgrade in my 3rd Generation Apple TV, but when the download seems to be finished there is a message of unsuccessful update...

Will try to make this time consuming and odd process...
I've tried several times the restore option from the Apple TV menu (it looked more straightforward) but after downloading the "latest update" the same "unsuccessful download" message pops out...
It seems like this is a real issue of the tinny black box, don't you agree??
What Apple technical experts have to say about it??

Is there an error number? I recommend dong the restore through iTunes, it isn't a difficult process. Or you can take it to Apple for restore/testing.
