How can I fix an error when updating iTunes 12.0.1 version on my Windows Vista laptop (32-bit)?

This is what I got each and every time I tried to update my iTunes to the 12.0.1.26 version. I followed recommendations to specifically uninstall all Apple-related programs from my computer in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device, Bonjour and Apple Application Support, restarting and then reinstalling the new version... The error keeps on appearing... and now I do not have any access to iTunes neither can I update my other Apple devices. I have a Windows Vista 32-bit operating system, and everything seemed to be working fine. My other laptop has the same exact operating system, and the updated version ran without any complications.
