How can I connect a USB Midi Keyboard to my ipad2?

I need to connect a USB Midi Keyboard (Alesis) to my Ipad2 Garageband. What device should I be using? Visited the Apple Store in Singapore and was told that existing Camera Kit doesn't support this feature. Any advice?
