Q: Iphone 5s doesn't switch on

Iphone 5s doesn't switch on, iTunes finds it in recovery mode, but 4005 mistake occurs. The phone originally was bought less than a year ago, it had problems with the battery, so it was changed for a new one by the warranty. This one has the described problem. What can I do with it if the phone was bought in the USA and I'm living in Russia?
