Q: iTunes Windows can not connect to iPhone 6 iOS 8.1
iTunes could not connect to iPhone "iPhone Name" because the device timed out.
In Danish:
iTunes kunne ikke oprette forbindelse til iPhone "iPhone navn", fordi enheden fik timeout.
I am running the latest version of iTunes 12.0.1.26
Apple mobile device service is running
Apple Mobile Device USB driver is running version 6.0.9999.66
I can connect to different iPad's and iPad mini's with iOS 8.1 but not the iPhone 6.

found the solution (for me).... just rebooted the iphone!
