Get an image URL on a Mac OS X?

I'm a new mac user and I'm quite unfamiliar with everything still.

I was wondering how you can get the URL of an image. On a pc you just had to right click and go to properties, but I don't know how to do it on a mac.

Hello Astronautical,

Welcome to Apple discussions & to mac!

The way I do it is by using OnyX a freeware cleaning & maintenance tool.
In the the "Parameters" Tab in the "Safari" tab>" Misc. Options", check "Show the URL of links in the ToolTips", then you simply hold your curser over any image & or link, once it has been applied. You Quit all other Applications when running any Utility.

Hi again Astronautical,

For the version os you have showing here, in your last post to me, 10.4.7, it looks that you ought to download the following version

"Download OnyX 1.7.4 for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Requirements: OnyX 1.7.4 is an Universal Binary application and works with all Macintosh PowerPC and Intel computers running Mac OS X version 10.4.x (Tiger)."

Hope that helps on the version . Keep us posted.
