Oct 27, 2014 3:50 AM in response to hard_of_hearing_asianby WiseJD,Apple Pay is far more secure than carrying your Cr Card in your wallet and pulling it out to use at a Retail Store or even for online purchases. Apple Pay uses a Unique Device ID that only applies to your iPhone along with a Single-Use Code generated by an SE Chip within the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus for each Retail Transaction. Your Cr Card Number is NEVER Used. Apple doesn't even store your Cr Card Number anywhere. You should feel more secure using Apple Pay than any other form of Mobile Payment including Cash.
