Error - "Notes quitting unexpectedly"

when i start the "notes" application i keep getting that error.

Different accounts on same computer work fine.

turned off all iCloud etc synching of notes.

reinstalled yosemite...

here is the error log (part of it)...the error is described as duplicated folder...do not know how to fix this
