itunes card not actives it right and Icloud pops all the time help!

Well my my I tunes card is not actived right and my iPod 5 got the new iOS update and now the iCloud is pops up all the time and it bugs me. And I really need help! Can you help me reset my iCloud past word I don't know it, I is delia_patlan@yahoo.com icloud user...

The iCloud account is just an iTunes/Apple account/ID to reset the PW:
