How to get BootCamp Windows XP driver for 10.6.8

I am trying to install Windows XP (I know it is old. I need it to run some old software.) on my Mac Air 3,1 (late 2010 I believe). XP is booting but I cannot install the driver. It says for Windows 7. I have the original 10.6 USB installation disk (no DVD for this model). How can I get the driver I need?

Really appreciate your comment. The link is for update. I tried but it says I need to install BC 3.0 driver first, which I don't have. I searched around. It seems only possible if I have the OS X installation DVD, but I only have the USB disk. If this is not going to work, I will have to move up to Windows 7.
