I purchased Avengers and Pacific Rim back in 2013, but while I have them downloaded onto my computer, they don't show up on my Purchased list, so I can't share those movies with my family. We have iTunes 12.0.1.26. All other movies are showing up on the Purchased list and Pacific Rim and Avengers are both on iTunes. Can anyone help?

If they are the same copies that you bought (e.g. the rights-holders haven't replaced them with new versions), and you haven't changed countries since buying them, then check to see if you've hidden them from the purchased link : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases.
The only things I have hidden is the iTunes extras and the country hasn't changed. How would I check if they're the same copy?
Do the films have a release date on their description page in the store ? If not, and you are sure that you bought them on the same account (and they were digital redemptions from a DVD or Blu-Ray) then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with why they don't show for redownloading : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
