Q: back-up could not be completed' why is that?

i have free 15 GB on icloud

my back up size 1.8 GB

i cant back it up cuz its says " back up could not be completed"

what should i do?

i haven't  backed up my phone since 20/9/2014

i tried everything but nothing works
