Why is Apple ignoring all the wifi problems and not saying anything to us. iOS 8.1is making my life **** and I want a roll back to 7.
Since iOS 8 wifi has been impossible. What's the point of an iPad with no wifi?
iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

Use iTunes to Restore your iOS Device to Factory Settings
I have done a full back-up, reset and restore. I have checked my router and turned off all other devices. Wi-fi still drops out continuously. I'm sure that Apple is very proud of ios 8, but I cant use my expensive Ipad air for anything other than some kids games. I will never buy apple again. and the lack of acknowledgement from apple really stinks. head in the sand is arrogant and monoplist behaviour. Time they were broken up.
You need to contact Apple directly for them to hear you. Use the link below.
I suggest you start a new question that gives a good title to a specific problem. Then in the body of the thread describe the problem in detail, tell us what steps you have tried so far to correct the problem, what happened, and what error messages you received.
Are you saying that you have already set your iPad to its factory default condition, using your iTunes program, and not reloading any of your own data back on the iPad?
Done it twice and it's useless.
Forget spending HOURS of my life attempting to fix my iPad mini WiFi issues, I haven't been able to use it in over a week.
Someone or some company should be ashamed of themselves.
Out of curiosity, you said you've done it twice with no improvement.
Back-up first, of course. Did you set your iPad to its factory settings and try to use it before restoring your back-up? (Restore as new.) If you have any security software running on your machine, did you disable it before you began?

TIA, if you have the time to satisfy my curiosity.
