I have restarted my phone, tried again, and nothing. The OS is not giving me the up to date features. I was able to use iMessage on my macbook to text everyone, then all the sudden it stopped after I reset my phone. I am not even seeing the feature on my iPhone to set up that feature like I was once before.
Please help me. Why did my OS stop working?

What features are you missing? Which iPhone model do you have? Which version of iOS are you using?
