I'm struggling with the settings of Mail on my iPhone. Often Mail stops working. As a result I have to remove the account and enter the account details again in Settings -> Mail, as described on "Add an email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch".
The problem I have is Mail keeps displaying old mail. I always thought only mails available on the mail server where loaded into Mail. When Outlook loads mail the messages are removed from the server. When loading messages with Mail I should get only new messages, not the old ones. Shouldn't I? In the past this was what happened. Now old mails are still displayed. Not a situation I want to continue. Can you help me solve this problem?
