Q: hi i want to put data on my ipad sim card but i dont know the number of the sim card can some one help me please

You cannot put data on a sim card, it is not storage space and only contains connection information necessary to connect to a cellular carrier.

If you have a sim that is approved for the carrier, you need to login to open a browser, or follow instructions from the carrier, and create an account with the carrier.  Then  sim card contains the connection information that is used to make the connection, you must then supply the account information when you interact with the carrier.  That information will be stored in the iPad's storage for further use when connecting.
