Apple TV shows up duplicated when attempting to airplay form iOS device

I have a 2nd Generation Apple TV and recently updated it to iOS 8 along with all my other devices. Recently however a problem has occurred when I go to airplay from my iPhone or iPad to the Apple TV. Two Apple TVs show up, when there is only one, and one of them requires a passcode, which I do not have set up on the Apple TV. Has anyone else encountered this problem? How do I fix?

It can't be neighbors. My computer is not picking up this 'other ghost' apple TV, and I have the Apple TV plugged to ethernet and my phones bluetooth is off so there is not other way to connect to my apple TV but through my network and there is no way I am connecting to anyone leases. I changed the name of mine so it shows as 'Living Room' and right above it shows another apple TV just called 'Apple TV'.
