My Keychains are all fouled up. I seem to be stuck in some kind of loop. I deleted (or thought I had) the login keychain password, but every time I try to do anything, the box does that "headshake" thing.. And I can't get a thing done in my mail app... it constantly asks for my account password.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Try running Keychain First Aid and resetting the original keychain.

No. I tried this before. When I clicked "Verify," it ultimately came back with "Verification Failed."
Upon clicking "Repair," I received this:
"Keychain Agent wants to use the 'Local Items' Keychain" and asks for the keychain password. No. I don't have one that works! I want to reset it all and end up in loops... "Repair terminated unexpectedly."
