I would like to be able to use iCloud for my PC and laptop but also sometimes on my Xoom tablet which is an Android device. Will this work?
It will not integrate but you can access it from a web browser by going to iCloud.com and signing in with your Apple ID & password.
I'm not sure what you mean. If I access it from the browser on my Xoom, I should be able to access documents?
I do not have a Xoom to verify but in theory, yes. As long as the browser can mimic a desktop browser and the documents are saved in iCloud Drive. It will download the document locally to the device. You will then need an Android app on the tablet that can open that file.
If you change or edit the document, then you will need to upload it back into iCloud to make the new version available to the other devices.

ICloud works wiith only specific browsers. The Chrome browser version on the Motorola Xoom is not supported and therefore you will not be able to connect with iCloud
Please suggest some android apps supporting iCloud Drive.
