Dell 3110cn Laser Printer with Wireless card

I got the drivers. I just need setup help. This printer works perfectly wired. But when I unplug, I can't get it to work. There are some menu options on the printer, but nothing seems to work. At some point, I think I need to tell it which network to join and type in the password, but I can't find that option.

I tried to download it but it was in some wierd windows format.

I can't open that file. I can't unzip it or read it in any app. Any ideas?
