You're at the "Check Battery" stage in your Battery Health information. If you're experiencing less than optimal battery performance, then you should definitely take your machine into an Apple Store or an AASP and let them determine if you really need a new battery. Apple says that the battery in your model should handle up to 1,000 cycles; but that's assuming that you've taken care of the battery the full time you've had the machine (and I know that I haven't - not all of the time).
Batteries are fairly inexpensive but I have to recommend a 'genuine' Apple battery rather than third-party batteries found on eBay, for instance.

yes, as far as i know, apple wont replace any battery that has done over 500 cycles. If u want a new one, you'll have to pay.... 😟
