Why isn't reminders in OS X Yosemite isn't syncing with my iCloud?

I can't get my Mac's Reminders to sync with iCloud anymore. I can get my iPhone and iCloud site to sync, but not on xOS. I've tried ALL the ideas from iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Reminders and Tasks and none of them seemed to work. I think maybe the cache or something got borked during a sync on a spotty connection. Anyone have ideas of how to fix it or clear out the cache?
