why Maps does not have sound on ipad air

Hi, everyone

could everyone help me how to turn on the Maps app's sound when I using on IPad Air . When i was using Maps app on my Iphone, I can hear sound.

Hello Liennguyen1909,

Navigation voice volume can be adjusted in Settings -> Maps.

Change Maps settings

Tap Settings > Maps.

Use Maps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

HI, Allen

i have tried this on my ipad air but when i go to setting- map. It doesnt show up "navigation voice volume" . It just shows up " distances " and " map label".

when i try on my iphone -the Map app is ok.
